Due to an increase in customer volume (for which we are so grateful!), we ask for your patience in repair time. Currently, we have about a 1 1/2 to 2 week turnaround time for major repairs. Minor jobs may be done quicker. As always, we will text you when your repair is ready!
On another note, Carla is leaving the shop effective January 1, therefore, we will no longer be repairing handbags, clothing, zipper replacement. If in doubt, bring it in and Justin will let you know if he can do it!
